Welcome to VerityPay User Registration

Welcome to VerityPay’s User registration information collection form.  For a VerityPay System Administrator to establish you in the system as a client user, we must collect some information about you. Please submit your information on the secure form below.

Note:When you are added as a system user you will receive an email from welcome@VerityPay.com that will provide your user id, a temporary password, and a link that directs you to the VerityPay login page.

User Information

User's job title
First name of the user
Last name of the user
Provide a cell phone number that will be used to receive a text message with an authentication code each time you log into the VerityPay system.

User Permissions

Only Customer Admins can link their payment accounts(Such as PayPal or Venmo) to VerityPay, as well as manage other users and their permissions. Admins also have access to all the system areas mentioned below
The Dashboards page offers a searchable, filterable, and exportable summary of transactions. Additionally, it presents graphical representations of transaction payment statuses.
The Payees page shows all uploaded payee details along with their current transaction status.
The SMS Templates page offers information on each text message and enables users to set the starting time for a text message sequence.
The Analytics page showcases various graphs and sections tailored to measure the effectiveness of payment processing.
The Audit Log page stores historical information and timestamps for all system activities such as uploads, edits, deletions, and exports. Users have the option to export these details.

By completing this form, you give consent to the Payor Business/Organization you selected above to send SMS texts related to electronic payments they are issuing to you. You may receive up to 1 message per day for 8 days for each electronic payment issued to you.
